[ INDEX ] Equine Type: Mule Breed: Appaloosa Mule (Appy Mule)   [ PREV ] [ NEXT ]
In Horse Isle, an Appaloosa Mule is a cross between a mammoth or large-standard jack (male donkey) and an Appaloosa mare. It is recommended to use an American Mammoth Jackstock jack, because of its finer conformation.

Ideally, Appaloosa Mules will have an 'appaloosa' coat, which is why solid-coated or white-grey Appaloosa Mules will receive a small penalty. Pinto patterns and dominant-white are not allowed in Appaloosa Mules, and therefore breeders should pick their breeding stock with care.

In Horse Isle, Appaloosa Mules stand between 13hh and 16.2hh.
