The 'Bourbonnais Breeding Stock' (BBS) is a sub-registry of the Bourbonnais donkey. It is unique for Horse Isle, and is intended for donkeys in the game who were born to two Bourbonnais parents but don't exhibit the correct mealy pattern.

Breeding rules:
BBS donkeys must have either two Bourbonnais parents or one Bourbonnais parent and one BBS. This is because the purpose of the BBS is to serve as breeding stock for Bourbonnais donkeys and as a registry for Bourbonnais donkeys who were born unintentionally with the wrong mealy pattern.

Crossing a non-mealy BBS with a mealy BBS will always result in a Bourbonnais donkey. However, crossing two non-mealy BBS donkeys, or two mealy BBS donkeys, will result in a non-Bourbonnais donkey.

Conformation:
The conformation of the BBS is identical to that of the Bourbonnais.
