[ INDEX ] Equine Type: Horse Breed: Dutch Riding Pony (NRPS Pony)   [ PREV ] [ NEXT ]
The Dutch Riding Pony is a subtype of the 'Dutch Riding Horse and Pony' breed. It has at least 12.5% Arabian.

The breeding program of Dutch Riding Ponies allows them to be crossed with a specific list of other pony breeds. However, because Dutch Riding Ponies must have at least 12.5% Arabian blood, in Horse Isle they are allowed to be crossed only with Arabians.

Dutch Riding Ponies are usually brown, bay, black, grey, and chestnut, but they can come in all of the colors that exist in the Arabian and sport-warmblood breeds. In addition, they can also have leopard and pinto coats. Dutch Riding Ponies stand between 12hh and 15.1hh.

(For more info see the 'Dutch Riding Horse and Pony' breed.)
