Conformation:
Gypsians combine the muscularity and heaviness of the Gypsy Vanner with the lighter, baroque conformation of the Friesian. As such, the neck is arched and of high-set, and the overall conformation is muscular, especially the hindquarters. The legs are sturdy and have thick joints, and the hooves can be wide.
The lower legs are covered with feathering whose thickness varies from the medium thickness seen in Friesians to the heavy, maximal thickness seen in Gypsy Vanners. The mane and tail are always extremely thick, as seen in both Friesians and Gypsy Vanners.
