The Koheilan (or 'Kuhaylan') is a desert strain of the Arabian horse, which was developed thousands of years ago by the Bedouin tribes.

Koheilan Arabians are more compact, muscular and more powerful than the other desert-bred Arabian strains.

Coats & Height:
Colors: usually chestnut, bay, or grey. More rarely dark-bay (brown) or dominant white.

Additionals: flaxen, rabicano, sooty, white-spotted, all rare patterns.

Height: 14.2hh to 15.2hh, with most horses being around 15hh.
