A Lewitzer of the 'Solid Breeding Stock' is any solid-colored horse born to two Tobiano Lewitzer parents or to one Lewitzer parent and one Solid Lewitzer. Horses of this sub-registry of the Lewitzer breed can serve as breeding stock for breeding tobiano Lewitzers.
Why the sub-registry?
'Regular' Lewitzers always have a tobiano coat. The problem with tobiano is that the Tobiano gene is dominant, meaning that heterozygous individuals also have a tobiano coat. When you cross two such individuals together, you have a 25% chance of getting a solid-colored (non-tobiano) foal.
Solid foals are ineligible for registration as Lewitzers, but they are eligible for registration in a special sub-registry for solid-colored breeding stock of Lewitzers.
Breeding:
The 'Lewitzer - Solid Breeding Stock' is, as its name suggests, to be used only as breeding stock for breeding properly tobiano Lewitzers. This means that they must have at least one tobiano Lewitzer parent. In other words, crossing two Solid Lewitzers will result in a grade foal.
Crossing a solid Lewitzer with a homozygous tobiano (Tobiano ToTo) Lewitzer guarantees a tobiano Lewitzer foal.
Conformation:
Conformation is identical to that of the Lewitzer.

The following are the: range, average, (SD), and MOE of performance metrics of ordered Lewitzers in Horse Isle (not bred ones). In rare cases,horses might have metrics outside of the range. Breeders can produce horses that are beyond this range.

Colors: bay, black, brown, chestnut, smoky-black, buckskin, palomino.
Cream note: crossing two cream-diluted Lewitzers has a 25% chance of generating a double-diluted grade foal (as double-cream individuals are not allowed in the Lewitzer registry).
Additionals: flaxen, minimal-mealy, sooty. The coat is always tobiano.
Height: 12.3hh to 14.2hh.
