The Mountain Yanqi is a subtype of the Yanqi horse.

About:
The Mountain Yanqi is heavier than the other Yanqi subtype--the Plains Yanqi. It is also not gaited, which is why breeders should avoid crossing Mountain Yanqis with Plains Yanqis (as the result will be a pacer foal who'll receive a large penalty for being unable to amble.)
