The Sorrel American Mammoth Jackstock ('Sorrel Mammoth Jackstock' for short) is an American Mammoth Jackstock that has a chestnut or a sorrel coat.

Sorrel Mammoth Jackstocks were bred ever since the Mammoth Jackstock was developed, but they gained popularity only during the 20th century, when breeders began to cross sorrel Mammoth Jackstock jacks with Belgian mares in order to create Belgian Mules who have the sorrel coat found in Belgian horses.
