Horse Model/Genetics Feedback poll details:
We would like player feedback on the visual aspects of the horses. In particular, have you noticed anything that you think might be incorrect based on genetics? Is there anything you would like to see improved with the horses visually? Are there any important traits you think we missed?



Some things that we are already aware of:

- Texture Seams: These will be taken care of after all textures have been deemed final artistically


- Mane and Tail Models: The art style of the manes and tails will not change at this point. However, we do plan on adding custom styles that can be applied to your horses in a future release.

Necks on the sport horse breeds are too short & underdeveloped. Heads too coarse in general. (voted:3 pid:24)

Stifles still need work, they look slipped (voted:2 pid:25)

Roans need darkened hair and more work in general. (voted:3 pid:136)

More variety than just 0 or 4 socks, and hair color for roan horses darkened to match base coat. (voted:3 pid:143)

The graphics for the longer style manes look chunky and poorly done; curly coats look unrealistic. (voted:3 pid:144)

FT has too large of a barrel that makes it look quite pony like that could be sleeker. (voted:2 pid:151)

Some breeds don't have characteristics like in RL. Socks/faces are either no white or splash-looking (voted:2 pid:233)

Arabs don't have dishy enough faces. Ears aren't pricked forward.White markings have blurry edges. (voted:3 pid:385)

Mini horses dont look right they should look like a small arab or TB, not a Dwarf (voted:2 pid:490)

Ordered minis are all WAY too stumpy and heavy in the body. Shetlands should also have thicker legs. (voted:2 pid:657)

Some of the horses have kind of... odd looking conformation. Weirdly angled hocks for one example. (voted:2 pid:3801)
